The Studio Suite

The Studio Suite is newly renovated. It is a well lit, quaint lower floor above ground unit. It has one bedroom plus a hide-abed as well as a four piece washroom and private laundry. It is fully furnished and equipped perfect for a small home away from home. It has a small granite courtyard to sit and enjoy the outdoors or do your BBQing. This unit can accommodate up to four guests comfortably.

This one bedroom unit is tastefully decorated and has queen bed and queen pull out. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a Jenn-Air grill and convection oven. Sit and relax while watching the fireplace or large screen TV. The suite has desk for computer work and wifi for guests use. The unit also has a small stereo system and DVD library. There is in suite laundry as well.

Centrally located close to Long Lake, The Studio Suite is a short two minute drive or five minute walk to local malls, grocery stories, and recreation areas. This area of Nanaimo is conveniently close to everything you may desire. The beautiful downtown core with its charming Old City Quarter is less than a leisurely ten minute drive away as well. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and coffee houses found in the modern locale of central Nanaimo. Though you won’t need them, there are many parks and trails also located within walking distance from this spacious rental. The ocean is a short drive to access many local ocean hikes.

The Studio Suite has one bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed and queen hideabed in the living room. There is a four piece washroom featuring a shower as well as tub.
