Monthly rates are the best rates offered, and multiple monthly rates may be offered with further discount. Just ask us about! 

Please Note: High season rates will be applicable during all major holidays including Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and Spring Break.

*Please note there are cleaning fees noted with each rental and if additional cleaning is required above the typical time to clean the home and bring the home back to its condition before guest arrival.  There may be an additional surcharge if it takes our house maintenance staff more time than normal for cleaning after your departure. If you require any clarification please don’t hesitate to ask.

What our rates include

• Rates include all the utilities (electricity, heat, natural gas, cable TV, internet, Wi-Fi, and telephone for local calling). Please note for extended stays we have a utility cap.
• Our cleaning fee is in addition to the accommodation charge.
• GST of 5% is charged on the total amount to any bookings under 30 days in duration.
• Effective October 1, 2018 there will be 8% PST and 3 % MRDT (Tourism Tax) charged on any rental under 28 nights in duration
• There is no GST 5% on stays over 30 nights
• There is no PST 8% or MRDT 3% on any stays over 28 nights
• Monthly stays housekeeping is available please inquire.
• All our homes are NON-SMOKING of any kind.
• All our homes are family oriented and kid-friendly and some homes are dog-friendly.
• Where dogs allowed there is an additional fee for dogs. Please inquire within
