Lakefront Terrace

Lakefront Terrace is a multi level executive south-facing waterfront home and is fully furnished.  It is very spacious and provides lots of privacy.  It has multiple televisions, as well as, three fireplaces. Lovely open concept living room, dining and kitchen area with walk out decks overlooking the lake, make it perfect for socializing and entertaining. Multiple bedrooms make this rental home is ideal for large families or if you enjoy lots of space. Lakefront Terrace can comfortably accommodate up to 16 family members in total if your group was that large, we do offer a smaller option on this home to accommodate different family sizes.  This amazing waterfront home is wonderful for family gatherings or reunions or large groups whom require lots of privacy.  

Overlooking beautiful Long Lake, this air conditioned rental home offers a serene setting for all guests. A massive south facing boat dock on the lake, two barbecues, and sunny deck spaces with comfortable outdoor furniture, provide guests with a fun atmosphere year round. This home is equipped with both adult and child-sized kayaks, making it perfect for a fun family vacation, fishing retreat, or just a romantic getaway. Additionally, this rental comes equipped with its own games room with both a ping pong table and an air hockey table for entertainment. The house has wifi for guests use.

Centrally located on Long Lake in Nanaimo, Lakefront Terrace is a short five minute drive to local malls, grocery stories, restaurants, pubs and recreation areas. This area of Nanaimo is conveniently close to everything you may desire; however, it is also a low traffic part of the community. The beautiful downtown core with its charming Old City Quarter is less than a leisurely ten minute drive away as well. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and coffee houses found in the modern locale of central Nanaimo. Though you won’t need them, there are many parks and trails also located within walking distance from this spacious rental.

Lakefront Terrace main home has four bedrooms, plus a games room that has the potential to sleep extra guests if needed.   The master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, and boasts a huge en suite with a soaker tub, large shower, and double sink vanities. Additionally, the master bedroom has its own fireplace for ambience, a spacious walk-in closet, and its own walk out deck to enjoy a morning coffee looking over the water. The second bedroom has two queen beds, while the third bedroom has a single queen bed. The forth bedroom/den comes equipped with a queen-sized bed as well, and the games room holds a twin day bed, as well as a twin trundle bed. This rental also has two and a half bathrooms to accommodate large groups comfortably. For larger groups there is a private suite option to add onto this rental as well.
